In the name of god Amen I James Flettwood of Eassmarsey in Essex
gent being sicke in bodie but in good and perfet memorie thanks be
god for it doe ordaine aand make this my last will & testamat in
maner & forme followinge First I bequae my soule into the hands
of god that gave it me and my bodie to the Earth in hope of a joyfull
reserachen and as for thes worldie goods which god of his goodnesse
hath lent me I give & bequeath as followheth Imprimeses I give unto
kinsman Richard Rardborn the five twentie pounds to be paide
six montes after my decase by the hands of my Exector hereafter in
menchened furthermore my mind is that all my ould waring Apparill
sholld be given to my Labores by my Exetor Item \Itm I give unto my brother hen rie
Fletwood tenn[?] shilengs to be paid thre months after my desace/ all the rest of my
goods moubales Chatells bills bonds debtts demands whatsoever I
give unto my Lovng wife whom I doo make my sole Exector of this
my Last Will and testamante paying my debtts and Leagases & Funeral
Charges and bringin my bodie decantlie to the grownd in witnes wherof I
have hearunto sett my hands and sealle this too and twenthith day of
novmber in the year of of our Lord god one thowsand six hundred sixtie
