Search for Image ID ""Images for Blackwater 142 of 379 The WHATS NAME lies alongside the MARONIA, a 5,038 tons gross refrigerated cargoship, in the Blackwater. WHATS NAME was one of the local boats that did much work for the ships, particularly ferrying crews and looking after the watchman. She was an ex-ship's lifeboat. MARONIA was built as the FORT RICHEPANSE in 1949. In 1968 she was renamed MARONIA and in 1972 GOLFO DEGLI ANGELI. She was broken up in 1985. Lloyds Register No. 5118228.
