Career:1943 WSA (Sudden & Christensen, San Francisco) 16.1.45 Caught fire after collision with RAYMOND B. STEVENS off Deal, Kent. Beached Pegwell Bay but broke in two. CTL. Forepart salved and laid up in River Blackwater. 17.5.46 Forepart towed to Bremerhaven, loaded with chemical ammunition, towed to sea and scuttled. Afterpart later salved and scrapped Antwerp.

- 12 May 1946 Compensation 5 wks 1 day

"Haven of Rest" by Douglas Gurton says "the stern section" of the vessel but has no further info. See DJG_SHP
