| Abstract | West Mersea Duckpunts sailing down wind to the Strood on a lovely mild Sunday in February. A very high tide meant that we could sail over the marshes and along the Strood, which is the road that joins the island with the mainland. Fantastic day, sailing the best boat in the world with my mates, followed by a swift couple of pints down the pub. Perfect!
