1.   In the nam[e] of God Amen I Jeremiah harvey of eastmersy in the county of es[s]ex being
2.   sike in body but in good and perfect memor[ie] thanks be to god for it doe ordaine and make thees my
3.   last will and testament in maner and forme following First I bequeath my soule into the
4.   hands of god that gave it mee and my body to the earth to be buried att the descretion of my
5.   executors hereafter mentioned and as for the wor[d]ly goods which god of his mercy hath lent mee I
6.   give and bequeath as followeth In primis I give to my wiffe those two closes which be called by
7.   the name of north eacer and south eacer with the half eacer of fresh marsh at the east end of the
8.   two closes the yard and the barn and the orchard and the out house with all other trees belonging
9.   to the two closes belonging to north hall court thees I give to my wife ann and her daughter mary
10.   after the deseas of \her/ and to her heiers lawfully begot of her body and the said six eacers of salt
11.   marsh called by the name of gode hall marsh or by anny other Name whatsoever shall be
12.   mentioned with twelff pitts which be stakt and branded and so to be maintained for
13.   ever likewise free liberty of all fleets [creeks?] or treekes [tracks?] or footpaths or brigges or priveleges whatsoever
14.   in halfes belonging to gode hall marsh Thees to be given to John lily and to his hiers lawfuly
15.   begott of his body he dieing without hier it cometh to his sister mary it falleth to her and and
16.   she dying y without hier her part falleth to the sayd John lily her brother It[e]m I give to my
17.   brother richard five shilings in full deu of his portion It[e]m I give to william hervey sonn of John
18.   harvey five shilings Item I give unto elziebeth harvey daughter of John harvey ten shillings Item
19.   I give unto mary harvey daughter of richard harvey five shillings thees to be payd on[e] year
20.   and a half after the deseas of me Jeremiah harvey and all the rest of my goods and moveabls
21.   and goods I give unto my wiff ann to whom I make my wholl exe[cu]tor to pay my debts and
22.   bring my body desently to the ground and so my will if it plase the lord that this afli[c]tion be
23.   my dath to have a funrill sermon and so yelding my self to I have sett my hand and sael [seal]
