1. In the name of god Amen the twenteth day of
2. january in the yeare of our ' Lord [?] God' one Thousand six
3. hundred sixtye and fower I Benjamin Bizlle of east mersea
4. in the countye of Essex Husbandman being sicke in body
5. but of p[er]fict Remembrance thanks be to God revoking all
6. other wills by me formerlye made doe ordayne and
7. make this my last will & testament in manner and
8. forme following / first I bequeath my soule into the hands
9. of almighty God hoping through the death & righteousnesse
10. of Jesus Christ my Saviour to obtayne free forgiveness of all my
11. sinnes & everlasting life after death & I will my body to be
12. buryed in Christiall buryall & as touching my worldly
13. goods thus I dispose of them First I give & bequeath
14. unto Avis my wife during her naturall life whom
15. I doe make sole Executor of this my last will & testament
16. all my goods Chattels & moveables whatsoever I have
17. in the worlde & after her decease my will & meaning
18. Is that Sarves whife shall have hould & enjoy the
19. sayd goods chattels & moveables whatsoever for her
20. & her & her Heyres for ever all the rest of my
21. goods & Chattels & moveables unbequeathed my debts
22. being payd & my funeralles discharged I give as
23. above sayd unto Avis my wife during her naturell life whom I do make
24. sole Executor of this my last will & testament
25. In witnes whereof I have hereunto sett my
26. hand & seale the day & yeare first above written
