| Abstract | 'Tucker' Cross interviewed by Dennis Chatters. Tucker's real name is Harry. He was born in Tendring, moved to Boxted, and then came to Langenhoe in 1911. He talks about Peldon, and the road from Peldon to Colchester that was flooded by Abberton Reservoir. Tucker worked on one of the farms that was flooded, lost his job as a result, and moved to Surrey.
Wentworth Day books are discussed and Tucker has his views about some of the stories in them.
