Search for Image ID ""Images for Places-->Wigborough 26 of 256 Piece of a girder from a Zeppelin in Great Wigborough Church. Zeppelin L33 crashed in Little Wigborough 24 September 1916.
The piece of Zeppelin was later thrown out by a pacifist rector. Some parts of it were rescued by a Church Warden and used for the surround to pictures of the Zeppelin, but the whereabouts of most it are not known.
